day use package
Includes
- 12 hour rental (you decide the start and end time)
- Includes full venue: Manor house, carriage house (barn), rustic cabin, pond and grounds
- Includes use of house for bridal/bridesmaid suite, dressing rooms for groomsmen, family, etc.
- Includes full venue use for ceremony + reception
- Includes tables + chairs for up to 200 guests + bonus tables in the barn
- Includes AV sound system + projector + screen
- Includes support for vendor pricing within our network, or you’re welcome to provide your own
- Includes use of bathroom in nearby house (handicap accessible)
- Includes setup and tear down of tables + chairs in the barn
- Includes on site parking
- Includes use of large fireplace inside the barn, with split firewood provided + easy start propane knob
- Includes 6 patio heaters with propane for inside the barn (during cold weather)
- Pre-scheduled time for photos if you prefer
- Pre-scheduled time for 2 hour rehearsal
Friday – Day Use Package base rate = $3,175
Below are optional upgrades:
- Upgrade 1) Add Thursday 1 night stay in the house + $675
- Upgrade 2) Add Wednesday and Thursday 2 night stay in the house + $975
- Upgrade 3) Add Thursday and Friday 2 night stay in the house + $1,275
- Upgrade 4) Add Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 3 night stay in the house + $1,575
Saturday – Day Use Package base rate = $3,775

The 5 bedroom manor house sleeps 14 guests in beds. Host your wedding party/family/VIP guests to all stay together under one roof and reduce your hotel needs and costs. Package Upgrades include the use of venue for rehearsal dinner.
All rentals are subject to TN sales tax of 9.75%
